Highly experienced in all forms of residential valuation, for lending, help to buy, shared ownership, probate, lease extensions & freehold enfranchisement; Land Registry Plans; Level 2 & 3 condition surveys and much more, we have both the knowledge and resources you need to progress with your property query.

Paul

Valuations & Owner / Director
Paul is the founder, owner and director of Morgan Sloane.  He graduated from university with a BSc (Hons) in Valuation Surveying and is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), and a member of the Independent Surveyors & Valuers Association (MISVA) and the Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA).  He has with more than 22 years' post-qualification experience. He is an RICS Registered Valuer, member of the Association of Leasehold enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP) and a highly experienced chartered surveyor.

Paul specialises in valuation work, where he has advised both local and national clients on a range of differing matters including valuations for Lending, Bridging Finance, Lease Extensions & Freehold Enfranchisement, Buying the freehold of a leasehold house, Help to Buy, Rental Valuations and many other topics.

Lucy

Office Manager
Lucy has worked in the property industry for over 20 years, providing extensive office support to a range of large property companies including CBRE, Strutt & Parker, and Colliers International. She has been with Morgan Sloane, holding the role of Practice Manager, since the company was incorporated. 

Lucy’s paramount role at Morgan Sloane is to ensure our client's expectations are met, along with administering the day-to-day management of the office. She ensures that the practice is run smoothly and efficiently while verifying that procedures are always followed.

Julie

Administration 
Julie was formally at the world-famous Coutts & Co. private bank where she managed her own team and honed her customer service skills dealing with high-net-worth individuals, VIPs and Royalty.
 
Julie works closely with Lucy ensuring the day to day administration matters are taken care of whilst providing a high level of customer service to our clients ensuring that our extremely high levels of client satisfaction are maintained.

Aaron

Valuations
Aaron is an associate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS) an RICS Registered Valuer and a member of both The Independent Surveyors and Valuers Association (ISVA) and The Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA).  He has been working in the property industry since 2005.   He is a highly experienced surveyor who is equally confident carrying out valuations or condition surveys.

Aaron’s specialist areas are valuations matters for Lending, Housing Association or Help to Buy.

Stephen A

Valuations
Stephen is an Associate Member of The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS) and an RICS Registered Valuer. He has  been working in the residential property sector since 2015.  Stephen specialises in valuations for lending and Help to Buy and is a specialist in subsidence matters with extensive experience in defect analysis.  

Maria

Valuations
Maria is is an Associate Member of The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS) and an RICS Registered Valuer with around 10 years experience in the property industry. She is specialises in valuation work and has a keen eye for detail as a former auditor with SAVA.  She has experience in complaints and claims handling and has published a number of articles within industry technical publications assisting other surveyors in achieving their CPD requirements. Maria can also speak 4 languages.

Mike

Valuations
Mike is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and RICS Registered Valuer with over 10 years property experience in the fast moving London property market, as a former partner at the internationally renowned property consultancy 'Knight Frank' he has experience of dealing with multi million pound properties for high net worth individuals and as well as his work at Morgan Sloane he continues to run his own consultancy providing expert advice to HNW individuals across the capital.

Kit

Valuations 
Kit is an Associate Member of The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS) and a RICS Registered Valuer. He has worked in the property industry for over 10 years having worked in numerous areas across the country. Currently specialising in valuation for private and lending purposes across North London. 

Pavlos

Valuations
Pavlos is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and RICS Registered Valuer with over 15 years of experience within the property sector in both personal and professional capacities.  Pavlos specialises in both private and secured lending valuations. 

Stephen M 

Valuations 
Stephen qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2002 and has over 20 years experience as a Chartered Surveyor, he started his career with a local authority before moving to the private sector where he has worked for large corporates and smaller but high profile surveying firms, Stephen specialises in both private and secured lending valuations. 

Ian

Valuations
Ian has been an FRICS Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer for over 30 years and has vast experience of the residential property market on the south coast covering all types of surveys and valuations, including HMO valuations where he is a specialist in yield based valuations. 

Daryn

Auditor
Daryn has over 20 years’ experience in the property industry, especially in the creation of HMOs and their management. He currently manages over 150 rooms in Portsmouth and the surrounding areas as well as consulting on various new HMO projects from concept to creation.  His work at Morgan Sloane is to act as our HMO auditor performing a vital quality control role in this highly specialist area of valuation.

Yassar

Valuations
Yassar is an Associate Member of The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS) and a RICS Registered Valuer. He has worked in the property industry for over 20 years,he is a specialist in valuations for private clients and lending purposes in London. 

Darren

Condition Surveys
Darren is a very experienced building surveyor, a member of the RPSA and another team member who has practical real life experience of building pathology from his time 'on the tools' prior to becoming a surveyor.  His eye for detail is outstanding and he writes a thorough and comprehensive report for each of our clients, his feedback is always 5⭐ and client feedback is universally positive.

Lilu

Condition Surveys
Lilu is a residential building surveyor with over 16 years experience.  He is has a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying, HNC in Residential Surveying, Diploma in Management Studies and is a member of Chartered Association of Building Engineers.  His customer service skills are second to none and his long experience enables us to offer a high level of service to our clients.

Kevin

Land Registry Compliant Plans
Kevin has over 13 years experience in the property industry and at Morgan Sloane is responsible for providing Land Registry compliant lease plans for domestic or commercial buildings.  He has acted for private individuals, solicitors and commercial clients and prides himself on his fast turn around and highly accurate CAD drawn plans.

Peter

Lease Extensions & Freehold Enfranchisements
Peter has over 15 years experience in the property sector and has previously worked for two of the leading property companies in the UK, he is an Associate of the Institute of Residential Property Management (AIRPM) and has extensive experience in lease extension and freehold enfranchisement matters.

Adam

Damp and Timber Specialist
Adam is a Property Care Association (PCA) registered Damp and Timber Surveyor (CSTDB) with over 20 years experience in diagnosing damp and timber defects and providing cost-effective solutions to resolve any problems. He has worked on all types of properties from flats and small cottages to large detached houses.  We have no vested interests in recommending unnecessary work is carried out so you can be sure that the advice Adam provides will be professional and cost effective.
