Flexibility

Flexibility is key. Whether you want to work full time or take on a few jobs each week around childcare or other commitments, we can accommodate you. Many of our team balance other responsibilities while enjoying a rewarding role at Morgan Sloane. You can work and earn as much or as little as you choose, all under our professional indemnity insurance.

Full support & total independence

You’ll be backed by efficient, well-established administration processes, with the capacity to provide as much work as you can manage.* Our team offers full back-office support and access to colleagues whenever you need to discuss a matter, while still giving you the independence and flexibility to run your day-to-day role your way.

What Qualifications do I need?

You must be an RICS Registered Valuer with at least 2 years PQE of residential valuations for lending. AssocRICS / MRICS / FRICS are all welcome.

A willingness to work to hard to a high quality on very tight deadlines is essential, we pride ourselves on our fast turnaround times (90%+ of all jobs are returned same day) and excellent feedback (over 650 five star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ reviews so far).

The ability to work independently and manage your own workload whilst maintaining SLA targets. You will not be expected to do any of your own typing.
